  1. Email hello@britishbirdfeeders.example within 30 days of delivery. Tell us the order number and what is wrong (or just that it is not right for your garden - that counts).
  2. We reply with a prepaid return label. Return postage is on us, always.
  3. Post it back. The moment it is scanned on its way, we process your 100% refund to the original payment method. No waiting for warehouse inspections.

The details, plainly

  • 30 days from the day your order arrives.
  • Full refund of what you paid, including original delivery if the whole order comes back.
  • Used it? That is fine within reason - a feeder that has hung for a week tells you more than one in a box. We just ask that food is unopened.
  • Faulty or damaged in transit: skip the queue, email a photo, and we replace or refund immediately. No need to return broken kit.
