British Bird Feeders is operated by DigiSurf Agency LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the shop, we never sell your data, and you can ask us what we hold or have it deleted at any time.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, delivery address, email address and order history - needed to deliver what you bought and handle any returns.
• Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works first time.
• Enquiries: emails you send us, kept so we can help with follow-ups.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not send marketing unless you signed up for it.
• We do not run invasive tracking. Any cookies used are set out in the cookie banner, and declining them does not break the shop.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry emails are deleted after two years.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask us: what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Email hello@britishbirdfeeders.example and we will act on it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Third parties we rely on

• Stripe - payment processing
• Delivery couriers - they receive your name and address, nothing more
